John Berg's office is the "Painless Professionals" They are very accommodating, happy, and pleasant to work with. The the environment (office and equipment) is spotless and modern. The reception area is clean and well maintained. Dr. Berg was more concerned about making me comfortable and improving my appearance, than in wringing an extra dollar out of me. He is an experienced doctor. The staff seemed to be all hand picked and working there because they want to, not because they have to. I have been around dentists for many years, and Berg is one of the best to have treated me. I believe that he and his partner, Dr. Anderson, have been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The office staff is current on insurance matters. I'm not a big fan of being put on hold when I call someplace and I never leave messages for a call back. I have never been put on hold when calling Dr. Berg's office, and don't know if they have a call back system, they always answer the phone. As far as recommendations go, I recommend Dr. Berg and his staff without reservation.
