I didn't have a problem with anything except they told me that I had to have 3 cleanings a year. I explained that my insurance only covered 2 a year so that's all I wanted to do. They then told me that they would not clean my teeth at all unless I agreed to do 3. I told them that I would just find a dentist and left. That was 2 years ago! They just called me today explaining that I still have a bunch of insurance coverage for the year and I should come in before I lose it! Nah... They aren't in it soley for the money. They really care about their patients! haha! Yeah right! Go to watersedge family dental! Way better dentist!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. One of the staff members actually mocked me because I had to come back for some work at a later date. Dr. McLaughlin also recommended unnecessary expensive treatment (had a couple second opinions that told me they weren't needed) and acted like I was cheap because I didn't want to drop thousands on something I didn't really need. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
