My daughter was reffered to their office by Dr. Boyne next door because she needed her wisdom teeth out. They were very nice. My daughter had her teeth done and we were told on exit it came in under estimated cost so we only owed $77. Then we got another bill in the mail. Their price was more because they were not in our dental network which I was never told. They also quote a price that is not reasonable and customary and the insurance paid less than the 70% in fact they only paid only about 40% which is considerably less than expected or quoted. They girl who is in charge of the billing Sara Lynn felt the need to laugh when I told her the insurance said it was not a reasonable and customary fee. I was highly offended as we were not dealing with her money but ours. I am still waiting to hear from the Dr if they will work with us on the extra amount billed since we are just not prepared for this type of expense. We were considering moving our whole family to this practice but not now. They do not work with any insurance companies or give proper estimates so beware. You will overpay if you go to this Dentist office.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
