The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
