My daughter attempted to make an appointment and the SKANK at the front desk would not tell us wheater she took MET LIFE insurance or not.
She was a smart ass and stated that we take some insurances and again I asked DO YOU TAKE MET LIFE, AGAIN the idiot states we take some but you need to pay 130.00 to be checked. My deductable is only $50.00. She said I am the office manager but sounded like she was 12 years old. She was rude and nasty to me and to my daughter who was in pain at the time.
This doctor needs to REPLACE the person she has at the front of her office and put someone there that can do GOOD CUSTOMER service.
AFTER ALL we are paying crazy prices for dental work and deserve to be treated with respect.
