My oral surgeon recommended two other dentist to do my dentures for me but when I called them for information they were rude and abrupt on the phone with me. When I called Dr.Daubenspeck's office at Carolina Family Dentistry, Samantha answered the phone with a smile and help in her voice. She explained everything to me on the phone and made me feel comfortable just talking to her. Her phone manners is what made me go here, if their office manager is this nice then the rest of the staff has to be also. I was correct. The whole staff here is smiling and polite and answers your question. Dr.Daubenspeck is very professional and polite and makes sure you understand what he is doing. I have a real fear of dentist so his professionalism, being firm and quick and no nonsense, was a very big relief to me. He even advised me on mouth guards for my kids when I mentioned I bought them a trampoline. Great Dentist! Great Staff! You will not be disappointed and you will leave with a great smile.
