My whole family has been going to Dr. Hanna's office for some time now and usually we are satisfied. However, this time around we got some charges on the bill that we did not understand and when we went to inquire about them on 12/12/11 we were treated very rudely and unprofessionally. They charged us for a picture of our daughter when they did not charge us for pictures of our other two children. When we politely asked why the front desk person rudely said "that's the rule". We wanted to know why the other two were not charged for a picture she said she did not know. She was very rude and condesending. She did not care that my whole family has been providing business to them this whole time. Also, there were other charges on the bill that we did not agree with but she did not care at all to help us understand them. They charged us for a procedure that was done earlier in the year but insurance will only pay once a year. We wanted to know why it was done without our knowledge. She did not want to help us with that as well. When we finally said that we want to cancel all our appointments and leave she said "go, just go". That's not how you treat your clients who have been religiously going for checkups and other dental work and paying without questioning. The ecomony is tough as it is and we don't appreciate being nickle and dimed to death like this with no explanation.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
