It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute.
