I am very disillusioned with Aetna/Coventry Medicare Dental Plan. They assured me at enrollment that dental extractions and dentures were covered with my supplemental plan. It was to pay 50% of extraction cost. They informed me dentures would not be included. I was ok with that. I had mouth work done for 2105.00. 12 extractions. I submitted my claim and 3 months later I get a check for %78.00 They only paid for 4 extractions at %0% but they deducted co-pay on each of the 4 teeth. They said the other 8 teeth were complicated extractions which cost a little more money and that was not covered under my plan. This was NOT told to me at enrollment. They also tried to say they only pay for two extractions per year. That's no help when all your teeth are bad and you need them all extracted in order to get dentures. I most certainly will not be renewing my coverage with them. I'm paying monthly premiums for nothing!!!!. Whatever is lowest rating is what I wish to submit.
