They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their office was nice and quiet but had their comments about the Dr. Arcand and how he only cared about making his next dollar. He ruined every tooth he touched in my, as well as my family's mouth. Every time there was a problem it was "I have to spend time with my twins today. Go to ER"... real nice for a dentist to treat you that way. BEWARE!!! Had to go to Tufts Dental in Boston to have the mess fixed he created. Again, BEWARE. He is a hack!!!!

Dr. Arcand was rough, rude, and didn't provide professional quality care at all. He messed up all of the teeth he worked on leaving me with a great deal of pain and discomfort. A formal complaint was filed against him and the case was won. Multiple other dentists have also advised that he is an arrogant hack. DO NOT GO HERE for any dental work. Run the other direction. If I could delete the only Star that is highlighted, I would. He doesn't deserve one. He should lose his license.
