If you can believe it, I love going to the dentists thanks to Dr. Rotz and his staff. Even before going in, the outside is decorated so lovely. They have flower boxes outside that have spring/summer flowers in the early spring summer months and then they switch it out for Autum and the winter holidays. They recently remodled and it is beautiful.! I believe this is the 2nd or 3rd time they have done so since I have been coming to this office. I really appreciate what they have done there especially when I go to other "dated" doctors' offices. They have beautiful artwork that honors Pittsburgh. Historic pictures(Heinz ladies filling pickle jars, the roller coaster from Kennywood from the 60's, pictures of the city, foorbes field (horse and buggy era), Framed signed jerseys H. Ward, Fluery and Neil Walker.Everywhere you look it is a tribute to the city. It's like a litte art museum. They care about the patients comfort. I like that they have kept up with technology through the years. They have done a few crowns for me in one visit. I like this because It saves me time, One stop and I am done. They have digital xrays too. What I really like is they have a tv in every room which is enjoyable. They allow me to be in charge of the remote. If they need to show me something on my xrays, they are able to bring it to the tv screen. On my last visit they gave me a tour of my mouth with their intraoral camera. WOW that was amazing!! My children have grown up going to this office. They have had sealants placed in all of their molars. I feel that, along with the dental education (brushing and flossing), has kept all four of my children cavity free.
It has a very happy vibe there. The staff always seems to get along with one another. You can tell they really enjoy each other. Because I have been coming for awhile I am able to see that the staff has not changed much. The hygienists, assistants and receptionist have all been there for years. There are new additions, but that is because they are growing. I would and HAVE reommended this office. I feel confident in the treatment and experiences my family have had over the years

T V are in every treatment room. They are paperless and have cerec, digital X-rays and are very high tech. Office is very clean, modern and newly renovated . Confortable chairs and entire staff is over the top friendly. Video and photos we shown to me on tv to explaine procedures. They take intra oral photos as part of exam to document concerns. I had oral cancer exam with special light which was optional. . I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is wonderfully friendly and welcoming. They are so warm but still professional, and made the whole experience that much more comfortable. The office staff for this Dentist is always great about sending a reminder card to help me remember to make my upcoming cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments. I was so happy to have had the appointment with this Dentist. It was so well worth the time and money. They were extremely friendly, putting in the extra effort to make me feel right at home.
