They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
