I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

I write this after just being on the phone with Jennifer, one of the rudest office managers I've spoken with. On Friday morning, I called to see if they were taking new patients, but I got Jennifer's voice mail. This morning (right at the beginning of office hours), I called back... not identifying myself on their answering machine. I said, "I guess you don't want my business". Within a minute, she responded. I was on another call by then, and had to let it go to my voicemail. She said the phone company was at the office YESTERDAY so she couldn't call me back. I then decided to reach her again, and upon finally typing in numbers to get to a live voice, she answered. I identified myself, and explained that regardless of the phone problems, she could have called on Friday: to which she let me know that she is only in the office until noon on Fridays. I replied that it showed they didn't want my business since they don't return phone calls on Friday afternoon, at which time, she hung up on me.
I thought others should know about this. If I could have reached the doctor directly, I would have, but his voicemail rolls over into... Jennifers.
