I went to Dr. Lowe for over a year for routine care and had no complaints. But then I woke up one morning with jaw pain. I called that morning and had to wait almost 1 week before seeing someone. When I went in I was told that a filling had broken and a new cavity had formed, irritating the nerve and causing pain radiating down my jaw. But, they would not be able to fix it for OVER 1 MONTH! I left the office in tears and the appointment scheduler said she would speak to Dr. Lowe and see if they could fit me in before then. When she called back about a 1/2 hour later she told me there was nothing she could do- that Dr. Lowe did not consider my situation a true dental emergency. When I asked to speak to him she said he was standing right next to her, and that she was just relaying his message! I was speechless! Dr. Lowe has very limited hours Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and I couldn’t believe he would have me live in pain instead of working past 4pm! I called a new dentist that day and he saw me the following day. My cavity was so deep I almost needed a root canal. I would not recommend Dr. Lowe to anyone.
