Awful!!!
I loved dr marcinko until i had MAJOR expensive problems. I had a crown, screw , abutment placed by him and a vaneer. I thought i actually found a good dentist. Well, a couple grand later, and a lil over a month, (NOT NORMAL) I was out of state ( i had moved ) and the screw had actually fell out. With the correct fix of replacing the screw, crown and abutment (a 1500.00 quote for the crown and abutment alone, not including the screw) . All I got from his receptionist was an expectation to drive over 6 hours away that wasnt possible , i have a life (he knew i was moving and thats why the work was done in a time frame), I got no help and since it was negligent, the receptionist (kathy) and dennis marcinko avoided any claims for any reimbursement or even a return phone call.....n i was not nasty at any time in hopes of maturely handling this. Lets add almost a grand to fix the problem and not even the decency to return a phone call. I am sure that it is done correctly for 1 of the TOP dentists who specializes in implant dentistry repaired it by drilling a hole and saving it (which wouldnt have been possible if the placement was correct , this worked out and saved a few hundred dollars) and packing it against the screw (which is a must in the procedure ....skipped by marcinko , and a handy tool for torquing ,which he didn't have or didnt use....i'm not surprised now either way. This tool was the most IMPORTANT part for they have to be torqued a certain amount, marcinko did it by hand. Thank God all the pain is gone now thanks to Dr. Folleck (google him...hes awesome!), due to it being loose and it was swollen and very painful from moving for weeks , and during a hurricane which made it even worse, but no thanks to marcinko. Not to mention the crown n vaneer dont match in color and I still have a rocking veneer because i cant afford to get it fixed because of him putting me in the hole thousands already for awful work.. I held off putting this review up until i can see they dont feel the decency ,it seems, to take care of their patients and their mistakes. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
