I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money because I have been a patient there for over 5 years. Parking is not a problem because they are located in a mall strip along with several other business so parking is always plentiful. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service that I get at this location. Just stay away from the location in West Reading/Wyomissing, PA...they're absolutely terrible!

Dr. Torin had no time to listen to me. He constantly sighed during my appointment, and made me feel like I was an annoyance. He filled one of my cavities too shallow, even after I requested it be made fuller. At the same appointment, he also missed a "supposed" needed root canal. It was discovered when he drilled to my root prior to having me sign a consent form, forcing me to have to get a root canal performed. However, he noted that I only had decay in the lower portion of my tooth but shaved off the top portion which I felt was completely unnecessary. Now I am more than likely going to have to have a crown when that portion of tooth was still healthy.

Barely any answers to any of my questions were satisfied. No answers were given over the phone when I called the office, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I felt very rushed. The doctor barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me during the previous tooth cleaning, even though I had questions.
