Horrible practice, dirty, unprofessional, reminds me of what a torture chamber would have in it for the people afraid of dentists. They have no idea of how to do a proper root canal, fill cavities, or give basic novacaine shots. Both of the dr gretzs' and dr zambruno (especially) is an extremely snobbish snide woman who evidently is unhappy with her life and takes it out in a profession she doesn't like. The younger dr gretz propositioned me for a "fun adult encounter" at a motel in new Stanton that i would pay for in cash (given to me by him, "so his wife didnt find out"). Needless to say i said no and never went back. Don't let these hacks work in your teeth. They have no idea what they are doing.

I went to this Dentist as an emergency visit- my back molar had broken off at the gum line AND obviously had some kind of infection or abscess going on because the pain I was in was severe-they make me wait 2 days before seeing me when I called for an appointment. When I got there, I was taken back by how very small and unwelcoming the waiting room was, which also looked like it had not been cleaned or updated since the 70's. They sent me back for an xray and the the assistant doing the xray was impatient with me because the I couldn't close my mouth all the way after she put that xray film in my mouth. 10 minutes later, a man walked in, did not introduce himself, asked for me to open my mouth and looked in it for about 3 seconds, said "uh huh" and walked out of the the room. That was all I saw of Dr. Perez Jr. I was then told to by an assistant that I needed to go to an oral surgeon to have my tooth removed and she pointed me towards the front desk where the lady there handed me a paper that had an oral surgeons name and and my diagnosis. As I saw the assistant coming to front desk, I asked her what did my xray show? Did I have an abscess? If so, now bad? She briefly answered my questions by simply saying "yes, you have an abscess and it's bad". The care I received here was unprofessional and uncaring. The dentist was not in my presence for more than 5 seconds, and I am assuming he was the dentist?! He/they gave me no explanations as to what my xray showed or why they were sending me to an oral surgeon. They wrote me scripts for an antibiotic and pain pills and sent me on my way. THEN, after researching the name of the oral surgeon they wrote an order for me to see, saw that he has the worst reviews I have ever seen of a doctor or dentist. Meanwhile, I am in horrible pain and now have to find an oral surgeon on my own, who takes my insurance.
