Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. The hygenist had a slight body odor, or that of an unwashed garment. The hygenist put latex gloves on at the onset of my appointment, then proceeded to touch everything from the Xray drape, to the Xray machine button (used by all the hygenists), to the exam light that was only partially protected by disposable film, everything behind me that I couldn't see...prior to my mouth. I have noticed this at my last few appointments and I have to either 'inform' them or change dentists. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home, although I noticed the quality and/or brand of samples has declined. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

I was upset while I was there and noone did anything to help me understand why. When I called to speak to the office manager I got the run around and put through to voicemail. Not a call back yet. BTW they examined my daughter and NEVER told how her teeth looked just that she did well.
