I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They were very kind and empathetic of an uninsured patient--rare for a dentist or medical care in general. They have super modern equipment--the x-ray is a hand-held "gun" instead of the huge thing on a tall stand that's been around since I was a little kid. They really seem to make an extra effort to run a better business however they can think to. I was impressed with their professionalism. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
