The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. Dr Stern is a star, he completely eliminated my dentist phobia. He is considerate, he listens and completely makes you feel respected and involved as a patient.
