Totally lied and scammed me! And my insurance company. I started going in September 2022 because my dentist office closed and my boyfriend was using them. Got X-rays and a cleaning I have a primary insurance and secondary. Which they had before appt. They told me they take my insurance. Months later after the bridge was started in December, so I could finish out my plan for 2022 and do other work staring in January 2023 under new year plan. Called and emailed several times they said they would call back, after u asked if they submitted they said they did and was denied so have them my secondary at least 7 times and they said they couldn’t verify it I gave them front and back of card. Let calling my bridge is in and I would ask again did you submit to my insurance yet I need to know what they will pay and I will pay balance. Oh again will call you back I paid 30 dollars for my cleaning when they are free under my insurance 2 xs a year. So then I finally called again 3 weeks ago and they replied they don’t take my secondary, well why didn’t you inform me never said a word. Then I make an appointment to get the bridge put in and she gave the balance of over 2400.00 so I was going to pay. And summit to my insurance on my own. So I was running late for my appointment last Monday out of courtesy I call because I live in NJ and their was heavy traffic getting into the city. My appointment was for 11 am I called at 10:50 the rude reception I received was we only hold appointments for 15 minutes and you still have to pay the balance. And pay for missed appt. So I kept driving to get there u was gonna lay them and get my bridge Andy records and go to another dentist. She said ok. So I paid 2459.50 she comes back with a printed black and white paper of my X-rays, amd I waiver that since I didn’t come within the 3 week time frame, to have bridge put in they were not guaranteeing it and then they would give me it I said I’ll sign a waiver for my records not the bridge I paid them for the bridge and NO balance! She refused me my records which is against the law and then refused me the bridge. So I said fine give me money back and give me records she she said it was against the law for them to give me the bridge without signing the waiver so I said fine put it in, so it’s guaranteed amd while I’m getting it put in you get me copies of my patient records. She picked up the phone and called the police on me. I wait in a full waiting and full staff behind the desk if I was sick a threat or disturbance as she stated to police why was I able to sit there without any action from me. I asked for what I paid for they lied and refused, and now I’m a disturbance? So I waited for over a half hour the cops never came so I called my credit card company and stopped payment and left. Come to find out my insurance is out of network they file a claim for over 4500.00 to my insurance told me my insurance didn’t cover and I’m responsible for $2459.50 why did they tell my insurance it was 4500.00 and me 2400? That is insurance fraud as well I have yet to receive my records even my new dentist called for them amd they refused. So needless to say I had to pay out of pocket for a new set of X-rays that I just paid for in December. They are scammers liars and cheating their patients and they don’t disclose information and hold you responsible I would have never had major work done there being out of network, please take warning they will do the same to you. My boyfriend called yesterday for his records for the new dentist and they said no problem will sent them right away! Wtf????

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
