OK...let me break it down.
Called and kept getting a recording. Seriously, about 8 times.
Left messages EVERY time.
FINALLY, only ONE time I called, I got a person, who was quite irate that she had to even be there, let alone answer the phone after 10 rings.
She told me a date they had available, I said I needed to check if it was OK with my sitter. Called back almost immediately.
Have called back, left messages THREE times again!!!
Have heard NOTHING!!
DONE!!!!
