I visited Dr. Guisbert in September 2015 to get a crown for a tooth that had broken apart. He prepared the tooth, took the mold, prepared a temporary crown. Later I noticed that the temporary didn't seem to fit quite right, but since the permanent crown would be ready in about 4 weeks, I decided just to leave it. Now it is April 2016 and I still have the temporary crown which is looser than before. Dr. Guisbert has yet to order the permanent crown, despite my repeated calls to his staff, messages left for him, appointments made to see him which were canceled with promises that the crown would be ordered, and on and on...Now I have requested a refund. It has been over a week and I still do not have it. Dr. Guisbert used to be a good dentist, but whatever is going on with him now, he is no longer a dentist that I can recommend. Definitely find someone else!

I went here to have a tooth extraction done. It was a pleasant visit. I felt no pain what so ever when having my tooth pulled.
