If there was an option for NO stars, that is what I would give this man as a rating. He so abused my elderly parents by bullying that he's lucky I don't file against him. For an hour he assaulted my two 80+ year old parents by trying to coerce them into additional, unnecessary services; My Mother in tears by the end. Fortunately they didn't agree to anything. Then upon asking for the X-rays, WHICH THEY HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, were told they had to come in to the office to sign papers AND pay ANOTHER $20 for the X-Rays. This man should not be allowed to practice dentistry.
