They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, and all the dentist's staff (dentist is a DDS), including the receptionists, are dental hygienists. Christina was especially knowledgeable and thorough. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office sign was hidden, but I eventually found it. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. My only concern is that I do not have dental insurance, and the dentist who referred me to this practice told me they accept medical assistance, which they do not. This was my first visit, and I just had the diagnostic exam, with the Panaromic and bite-wing xrays. Samples of non-alcoholic mouthwash were given to me for my dry mouth, which I was grateful to receive. Office was very clean with a pleasant decor and wonderful, scenic window view.
