DO NOT GO TO THIS KENNETT DENTAL!

I came in with a small surface cavity which they told me would be fixed in no time. Dr. Paskow filled my cavity the first time but right after my tooth didn't feel right. The tooth was very sensitive and I was concerned, so I made an appointment and returned.

My second appointment I was seen by Dr. Bonner for the same surface cavity. He informed me that my nerve was exposed so they would have to refill my tooth. By refilling the tooth again they took more of my "healthy" tooth as well. After the procedure was finished Dr. Bonner spent almost an hour grinding the tooth and my other healthy teeth around it, trying to get my bite realigned. Not to mention he was on and off the phone throughout my whole entire procedure. Once I realized he was grinding down my healthy teeth I became very upset and angry. I quickly told him to stop.

Yesterday I returned for my 6 month check up and also to let them know I still had sensitivity in the same exact tooth they had put the filling in month prior. Dr. Bonner once again decided to grind more of my tooth claiming my bite was still off. He then asked if he could take an x-ray. When he returned back into the room he informed me I needed, a root canal.

Please remember I only had a surface cavity. Meaning Dr. Paskow and Dr. Bonner went too deep into my tooth and exposed my nerve and tried to get away with just throwing a filling in it. I am beyond disappointed with the situation these too practicing, sadly licensed, dentists have done to my tooth. I brush my teeth 3 times a day, floss twice, and wear my retainers. This was my very first and only cavity. Sadly from the poor, unspeakable work, they did on my tooth has sadly lead me to have to get a root canal. When I asked for an explanation from both dentist for how this could have happened with a small surface cavity I got NO response from Dr. Bonner and Dr. Paskow told me "Let this be a lesson learned to you to not get cavities." Let this be a lesson learned to anyone reading this review to please not go there. Dr. Paskow also then went along to supply NO answer as well to how this could have happened to my tooth. Dr. Paskow also very rude and sarcastically went on to have the nerve to offer me referrals to other dentists! Then Dr. Paskow gladly/rudely told my mother who called very upset about my surface cavity turing into a root canal, that he had no problem with us leaving their practice. What kind of costumer service is that!?

Kennett Dental as a practice has sadly gone down hill ever since Dr. Bonner and Dr. Paskow have joined the practice. They both are QUACKS. I have been going to Kennett Dental for 20 years now and just over the past 6 years I have begun not getting quality work or professional service from them along with the rest of my family. Many of their hygienists have suddenly left along with their long time secretary with unexplained reasons.

Please do yourself a favor and do not spend your money or put your trust in Kennett Dental. I wrote this review because this is all I CAN do. I can't go back and save my tooth or take back the trust I put into Dr. Paskow and Dr. Bonner to do a routine procedure of filling a small surface cavity...but I CAN help this never happen to someone else.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
