I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
