I visited Dr. Nacinovich at the Zephron Dental Group, on the recommendation of a friend, when a tooth of mine started to hurt. I was not yet a patient there and still they treated me as if I was one of their best. Dr. Nacinovich was terrific! Her exam was very thorough (I've been going to the dentist for 50 years). She performed several tests on the troubled tooth and afterwards explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. She is extremely bright, sincere and caring. She called me at home with additional information on her own time. I never felt rushed. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. All the while I felt there was an open dialog between us. She also made herself available when I thought of more questions. Her friendly and intelligent office staff would relay the question and Dr. Nacinovich would personally call me back. The experience was as good as it gets and I feel very comfortable in this state-of-the-art father/daughter (the father is also a dentist) facility.
