The lack of empathy from this office is truly amazing. The first time I went to the office, i sat for 2 hours before i asked to be seen (appointment was made weeks prior) They said they will call me when they can. I left. The second time i scheduled an appointment, The office wasn't even open. No one called the patients to let them know the office would be closed. During the actual surgery, My anxiety got to me. I was scared and crying. The DOCTOR then started to Mock cry, and seemed annoyed by my "irrational fears". Upon the removal of the stitches, The nurse stated "Well, Surgery's are uncomfortable" and shrugged her shoulders. I walked out and wont be back. I dont know if they are overworked, overtired, or just over their profession. But everyone in this office just doesnt seem to care about their patients feelings.
