Have had a number of dealings with this office. I found the dentist to be presumptuous and slightly rude even though efficient in his performance. The office and scheduling was unsatisfactory and in one case unacceptable.

An appointment was scheduled for my son. SMS text messages were sent to my phone regarding an appointment without proper names or reference to who the appointment was for. All it said was "you have an appointment at American Dental on (date) at (time)..."

This resulted in the conveyed notion the appointment was for me. I attempted to confirm that there was actually an appointment (there was) and the message was not in error. In doing so there were multiple opportunities to convey who specifically the appointment was for. That did not happen.

When my son went for the appointment he and my wife were informed it was cancelled. In voicing our displeasure with their handling of this we were met with a lack of acknowledgement of ANY poor handling on their part and in one case a rudeness and attitude.

It is unlikely were will utilize and services from this office again. We will certainly be recommending any we associate with avoid this dental service at every opportunity.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

The dental work on the other hand was not impressive. They claimed I had gotten 8 cavities in 6 months which seems unlikely. The hygienist was abrasive cleaning my teeth and the dentist who filled my cavities was sloppy in his work and handled my mouth very roughly. I looked and felt like I had been punched in the face after both my appointments. My teeth are more sensitive now and my jaw is painful even 2 weeks after my appointment.
