They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The front desk team is excellent! The dental hygienist is phenomenal! She is thorough, patient and very kind.
