I can't comment on Dr. Brockely, himself, however I have NEVER been treated so condescendingly by a receptionist in my life. I called on a Saturday, seeking emergency dental help for my mother after she broke a tooth. The woman on the phone insisted I call her regular dentist, who is closed on Saturdays. She then told me I'm welcome to try to find someone to see my mom, but that won't be likely on a Saturday. When I told her that's what I was doing by calling Dr. Brockley's office, she told me I was "too excited" to be making phone calls. Too excited to be making phone calls?! Excuse me? It doesn't get much more insulting than that. Yes, I was a little worried because my mother was in pain and I was seeking treatment for her. When I called to make an appointment, the LAST thing I wanted was to be patronized.
