They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door.
