When scheduling the appointment I was clear on my beliefs about the dangers of fluoride. I was told this would not be a problem. During the appointment I was pressured and belittled by both the dentist and a receptionist because of my belief.
I also noticed they do not use disposable covers over the light handle and other equipment they frequently touch while doing dental procedures and the floor around the chair and the parts that were clearly visible under equipment were disgusting and very dirty.
The office staff seems disorganized and had trouble with my insurance billing. I have not had this issue previously. I will look for a new dentist.
