They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
