My extractions were done at the end of April 2015. My appointment with this denturist was for the following week. It took many appointments to receive the upper and many more to receive the lower. The lower doesn't fit correctly and have been unable to make an appointment to have the situation corrected. As of September 18th, I've decided to go somewhere else.

The couple running this business are getting ready to retire. They are no longer trying to build and maintain a business. They only see appointments three days a week. They do not have an answering machine or service. It is hard to get a hold of them for that reason. The office manager (the denturist's wife) has health problems and isn't always there. He doesn't answer the phone if she isn't there. Sometimes the phone is forwarded to her at home. If she makes an appointment for you while she is at home, it will not be recorded in the office appointment book. I referred a friend and they were never able to get through. They gave up and went to someone else.

I most likely won't be back to this provider. My overall experience with this provider would rank them as just OK in comparison to some others I've been to. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. This provider doesn't rank very high in my experience with others in their field.
Also, as I have no phone service, since he does not give an email address, there is no way I can get an answer for my question.
