When my daughter was 7 she had 4 teeth pulled, or "wiggled out" as Dr. Jeff puts it. She played on an iPod and he chatted casually while he gave her about 10 shots to numb the pain. All 4 teeth came out without a whimper. After it was all over Grandma called and asked her if she had any shots. "No way!" she exclaimed. "I would never let anyone give me shots in my mouth!" I decided not to tell her in case she needed to have any more teeth "wiggled out." Dr. Jeff is both delightful and an exceptional pediatric dentist. We're so glad our pediatrician recommended him.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My children love "Dr Jeff" and all his staff! The office was very easy to locate I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The atmosphere and the staff help make the experience less frightening for the kids. I highly recommend them. My kids are teenagers now and they have been with Dr Phillips since my oldest was 2 years old.
