My experience with Gentle Dental has been quite pleasant. I went in today for fillings with Dr. Millsap. As always, I was into my appointment smoothly, and the procedure was done quickly and efficiently. One can never say they look forward to going to the dentist, but I can say that my experience with Gentle Dental has been pleasant and that they take away a lot of the anxiety that goes with dental work. I will definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for a dentist.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. This is easily the best dentist office I have ever been to. One dentist there (Moriarty I think was his name), on no notice, squeezed me in and worked through his lunch hour to repair my tooth when it broke.
