They practiced good oral hygiene. They gave me an opportunity to ask questions, but I had none at the time. In the past, I have and they have always answered them to my satisfaction. I don't ever feel like they are rushing me out. They seem to care and do what is best. Their certificates and diplomas are prominantly displayed. I usually only have routine cleanings and little else, so I don't really have concerns about payment as insurance covers these visits. But, in the past, when I or my family has needed work, they have given me information on my financial responsibility before treatment.
