I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The staff are always friendly.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.
