They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Dr. Bitner is an easy going guy. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff and I was referred by a woman who used to work there. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
