He has received appointments from both Governors Kulongoski and Kitzhaber to Commissions serving the needs or Oregon Health Plan clients. Dr. Tyack graduated from OHSU School of Dentistry in 1976 and has been providing care for Columbia and Clatsop County residents since 1977. Dr. Tyack and his three associate dentists are committed to providing quality, comfortable care to all patients. We participate in most insurance plans and do our very best not to let finances stand in the way of receiving quality care.
