They really go above and beyond to take care of the patient before, during and after care. Instead of making you feel stupid for not daily flossing (cause who does that?!) they give really useful information and advice on where problems are and simple steps to improve teeth/gum health. My gums significantly improved with the simple steps they gave me that were easy to add into a hectic schedule. With their flexible and extended hours it was easy to get the appointment time that worked for me. The dentist himself calls at the end of the day to make sure that everything is fine and that there are no follow up questions. The only thing to watch is their billing software is not overly accurate, so if you work with an insurance please make sure that what you owe after insurance and what you paid up front reconcile in the end.
