I was happy with my services until about a year after my procedure. I received a notice from a collections agency about a bill I knew NOTHING about. I was under the impression that I had paid in full prior to treatment. Apparently that wasn't the case! I called the office to inquire about it, to which the receptionist immediately got rude with me. Even when I explained I didn't appreciate her behavior, she only got more hateful. Bad customer service will get you every time!! I will never recommend this business to anyone.
