I am not happy with the work done on my tooth. I paid $1100.00 on a tooth and still in as much pain as I was when I walked into his office. After the root canal he informed me my tooth was fractured. He did not tell me that until after the procedure. I would have pulled my tooth if I had known.

I have not had a procedure done yet, but the Dr. was great! The front office staff, however, is another story. I'm not saying all of them are untrained, but I've only spoken with 2 that have been all together with the program and know what they job function is. Had problems with confirming wrong appt times/days, procedure type, financial info, an office personnel called and confirmed my appt for with a co-worker and told her what my balance owed for the procedure will be. That is completely unacceptable! I will say this though, Dr. Tucker was very thorough and friendly. We'll see how the procedure goes. I would not, not recommend this office due to the office personnel though. I believe they just have a few to get rid of and need some additional training for possible new staff. office environment is very nice, clean, and comfortable.
