They paid close attention to me, and heir staff is very friendly and professional. I have gone there for many years.I always seem to have sores and/or a fat lips afterward, regardless of their kind beside manner. Since I never had a cavity until I started medication for several chronic pain condition, leading to extreme dry mouth which has caused my teeth rapid decay, I don't know how normal this is, but it happens every time and takes many days to heal, though the tooth pain is usually gone right after. They are always very friendly, try to answer questions and remember me after not seeing me for over a year. I left feeling encouraged overall. However, I seem to have trouble understand the bill & insurance, but again not sure it is their fault. I went elsewhere once (Hudec) and would never return, the OTHER place was beyond awful in beside manner & botching a root canal. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
