It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
