I was in utter agony the whole time they were doing my filling. It was completely unbearable. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. It's very frustrating.
He had no bedside manor, he didn't explain what he was going to do and got frustrated with me when I was scared to have this done. He wasn't patient at all and was very rude. He basically told me to just suck it up and deal with it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I wish I could say the same about Dr. Brandhorst.
