My appt was cancelled because they couldn't get a hold of me (through no fault of my own). I have been going there for a year and somehow the number they had for me was changed. When they called the number to confirm my appt, I didn't answer (because they weren't calling my phone) so they cancelled it. I showed up at my allotted time and was told they no longer had me scheduled. Just like that. No concern for my time. If I cancelled they would have charged me a fee, right? They had no idea whether I had to juggle, miss, cancel, reschedule any aspect of my day and all they had to say was "sorry".

we have been rescheduled multiple times since last may for my son and we took him in today and they said someone called in and cancelled our appointment today. I verified it thru texts ahead of time and apparently not only did they not verify info with who called in when the person claimed they didnt know the time this disclosed is appointment to the unverified person. talk about a break in confidentiality.... now my starts school and will have to miss already in the year because it's been rescheduled so may times.. we will be going else where
