They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I am a well educated healthcare professional. I was rudely and unprofessionally spoken to by this office's manager. If she wants to play the snob game....I will certainly play along. I will never be back. Nor will any other health professional whom I intend to inform of this offices unfortunate choice in office managers.

To be fair, Dr. Tilton himself has always acted very kindly. It is unfortunate that someone like her would be hired to manage his office.

I do not recommend this office as of 2009.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
